UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT

Hello Friends! I'm going to tell you about my unforgettable moment.There are lots of unforgettable moment in my life but i will tell you one,that is "Watching Sigur Ros"Do you guys know about Sigur Ros? Well if you haven't known them yet i'll tell you a slight about Sigur Ros so you all won't be confused when you read this article.

Sigur Rós  are an Icelandic post-rock band from Reykjavík, who have been active since 1994. Known for their ethereal sound, frontman Jónsi Birgisson's falsetto vocals, and the use of bowed guitar, the band's music is also noticeable for its incorporation of classical and minimalist aesthetic elements. The band is named after Jónsi's sister Sigurrós Elin.

Ok,back then, May 2013, there was a hype that's so unbeliveable, the Sigur Ros Indonesia hype from fans all over Indonesia,there were so many ads about Sigur Ros indonesia and so many news about Sigur Ros and it made everyone who didn't know Sigur Ros,knows them. Even Sigur Ros's twitter account tweeted with a Sundanese language : 

Wow,just wow and the hypes were all over me,too. I couldn't wait to see Sigur Ros performing at Istora Senayan!

Well now i'll tell you about the experience,but i'm sure that no one can't really describe how they feel back then when they were watching Sigur Ros, but I'm sure it is their unforgettable moment and experience!

Actually, i bought the ticket for Rp850.000,00 , I know it is a pricey ticket, but it's WORTH IT.

Sigur Ros performed with it's new formation that is Jon Þor Birgisson (vocal dan guitar), Georg "Goggi" Holm (bas, glockenspiel, piano, dan keyboard), and Orri Pall Dyrason (drum dan percution)

Their performances made me feel like i was flying in heaven,they're so amazing!!!!

They opened the performance with a theatrical-ish performance when they performed in a silhouette and there were so many lights that plays with our emotions and soul,they performed "Yfirboð" and "Ny batteri."

After that they played "Vaka", "Hrafntinna", "Sæglòpur", "Svefn-g-englar", and "Varúð".They combined all the songs into a medley and then they performed their most amazing performance and is my unforgettable moment  that is when they play "Hoppípolla" and "Með Suð Í Eyrum" WoW just WOW their performances SENDS SHIVERS DOWN MY SPINE,i can't descirbe it in words.........

And lastly they played "Bloðnasir", "Olsen Olsen", "Kveikur", "Festival", and "Brennisteinn". "Glòsòli" and "Popplagið", are the closing of the performance.

When the song ended,all the crowds including me were shouting,screaming, and applausing for Sigur Ros's great performance! really,there have been many who have tried to use adjectives to describe the music of Sigur Rós, but there is simply no way to capture the emotional intensity of a Sigur Rós concert in writing. The stage lights, the vocals, the night sky and the instrumentals have to align to create the entire experience in a league of its own.  Despite their “indefinite” break from touring which lasted for 4 years, they showed no signs of losing musical momentum and played with the same sincerity and vulnerability that they are best known for.

It was one of my unforgettable moment i've had,Sigur Ros and the magic of them. I'll never forget about this experience ever!
