What a great day it was...
It began in saturday morning,I went out to the school at 05.30 and arrived at Bali field at 07.00 am.
I jumped right straight to the field and checking on my camera, set some settings and get ready to shoot a time lapse because i'm one of Movie Production 3 extraculiculer member which Ms. Wiwin supervised.
What is a time lapse?
Time-lapse photography is a technique whereby the frequency at which film frames are captured (the frame rate) is much lower than that used to view the sequence. When played at normal speed, time appears to be moving faster and thus lapsing. For example, an image of a scene may be captured once every second, then played back at 30 frames per second; the result is an apparent 30 × (24 [cinema] / 25 [PAL] / 30 [NTSC] frames per second) times speed increase. Time-lapse photography can be considered the opposite of high speed photography or slow motion.
Processes that would normally appear subtle to the human eye, e.g. the motion of the sun and stars in the sky, become very pronounced. Time-lapse is the extreme version of the cinematography technique of undercranking, and can be confused withstop motion animation.
SO,hours and hours i shot a time lapse photography, with aid of Nisa Febriani,Ilham Muzakki, and other fellow mp3 members,at last it is finished after being shot for almost 4 hours and being edited for almost 5 hours and this is how it looks : http://vimeo.com/86813332
